My Modern Family

Have you seen the fairly new sitcom on ABC, "Modern Family"?

If not, give it a try.
I love it.
A lot of the humor reminds me of my family.
Quirky, odd, some yelling... but a lot of laughter.

Here is a day in the life of my "Modern Family".
Because my Grandpapa finished his radiation therapy - we had to celebrate!!

We went to an Indian restaurant for lunch.

We had a bit too much fun.
(If you couldn't tell)

The restaurant was beautifully decorated, taking us right to India while we ate the delicious cuisine.

After our bellies settled my Papa and I went on a walk exploring the prairie dog tunnels.
They are some of the cutest but goofiest animals...

That was my Wednesday and that is my "Modern Family".

A Gnocchi Day is a Good Day.

I was able to cross #2 off my list (Twenty-five before twenty eleven): 

Gnocchi with Grandmama and homemade sauce!!

It was delicious.

I also went on a walk with my cousins, Nick & Mia, today. 

Lunch was had at Qdoba.

Jamba Juice satisfied our taste buds. 

"Tattered Cover" was explored.

And gossip magazines were read...

A Happy Monday.

Today is Easter Sunday.

It brought together wonderful family.

A Dim Sum Lunch at Empress.

And wiffle ball.

So that was our Easter Sunday. Filled with Dim Sum & Wiffle Ball!

"I'll have to do this again when I'm younger..."

After radiation with Grandpapa, we took a stroll around the downtown Denver library.

I love how my Grandpa rides in the car looking around as if he's never been outside before. Even the clouds and mountains seem like a whole new experience to him.
